These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Ribbon Box Influencer Collective website and services (the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. About Us
The Platform is operated by Influencer Collective Limited, trading as The Ribbon Box Influencer Collective (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Eligibility
The Platform is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or over.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Keep your login details secure
- Not share your account with others
You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.
4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription and may include credit-based usage.
- Payments are processed via Stripe and Bank Transfer (BACS)
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
- Credit purchases are billed at the point of purchase
- We do not store payment card details
Automatic Renewal and Billing: By subscribing, you authorize automatic renewal of your subscription at the end of each billing period, and your payment method will be charged accordingly.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
Subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for unused time, partial periods, or unused credits, except where required by law
Credits:
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Unused credits do not carry monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.
6. Influencer and Creator Data
Publicly Available Information:
The Platform displays influencer and creator profiles using publicly available information sourced from public social media profiles, websites, and third-party data providers.
This information may include:
- Social media handles
- Profile images
- Biography text
- Public engagement statistics
- Publicly listed contact details
We do not collect or display private, restricted, or sensitive personal data, and we do not override privacy settings.
No Guarantee of Accuracy:
While we take reasonable steps to keep information up to date, we do not guarantee that influencer data is accurate, complete, or current. Data is provided for discovery and informational purposes only.
Users must carry out their own checks before engaging or contacting any influencer.
7. Outreach and Contacting Influencers
The Platform allows brands to send outreach emails via a contact form where an influencer’s email address is publicly available.
- Outreach emails are sent directly to the influencer’s email address
- We do not provide internal messaging or inbox functionality
- We are not responsible for communications that take place outside the Platform
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that any outreach complies with applicable marketing, data protection, and anti-spam laws, including PECR, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose.
Examples of misuse include (but are not limited to):
- Scraping, harvesting, or bulk downloading data
- Copying or exporting influencer lists for resale or redistribution
- Sending spam, unsolicited or unlawful marketing communications
- Sharing login credentials or account access
- Circumventing subscription, credit, or access limits
- Using Platform data for purposes unrelated to influencer discovery or collaboration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse is identified.
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform branding, layout, software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to us.
Influencer data remains the property of the relevant individual or platform and is displayed under legitimate interest and public availability principles.
You may not reproduce or redistribute Platform content without permission.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access:
- If you breach these Terms
- If payment fails
- If your use poses legal, technical, or reputational risk
You may cancel your account at any time, subject to any active subscription period.
11. Influencer Removal Requests
Influencers or creators may request correction or removal of their profile by contacting:

We reserve the right to verify identity before acting on requests.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Influencer responses or engagement
- Campaign outcomes or results
- Availability of specific profiles or data
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the previous 12 months
- We are not liable for third-party actions or off-platform communications
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Changes to the Platform or Terms
We may update the Platform or these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
